The Killarney Turtle Mountain Arts Council provides a creative, dynamic, all-inclusive space to facilitate and promote the regional growth of our vibrant arts and cultural community.
The arts, including the visual, musical and performing arts, are a vital component in the life of a community. The purpose of the Killarney Turtle Mountain Arts Council is to provide opportunities for our citizens of all ages to enjoy and to participate in such arts and cultural opportunities.
