Weiming Zhao loves sharing the joy and excitement of painting en plein air (outdoors). Since 2003, he has painted almost every day, regardless of the weather. For him, it is a way of life. A well-known fixture in Brandon and Riding Mountain, Zhao always finds something different and exciting to paint. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Heritage Home for the Arts.
