In partnership with the Jeanne and Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre in Camrose, Alberta, the Killarney Turtle Mountain Arts Council is pleased to present our first concert in our 2020-2021 HyLife Performing Arts season.

This program is titled A Prairie Christmas, featuring all of your holiday favourites!

This concert is a Christmas gift to our community to thank you for your support of the Heritage Home for the Arts and the Killarney Turtle Mountain Arts Council.

With special thanks to Canadian Heritage through the Canada Arts Presentation Fund and our series sponsor, HyLife, for making this year's performing arts series possible and our show sponsors, Chapman's and Killarney Pharmacy.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

About the Strathcona String Quartet

Performing together since 1987, the Quartet is Edmonton’s most outstanding and versatile professional chamber ensemble. They are well known for their world premiere performances of works by local and international composers for string quartets. They perform much of the Classical and Romantic repertoire and historically informed early music on period instruments.

The Strathcona String Quartet have released two highly praised CDs, which are frequently heard on radio stations across North America – including CBC radio and Edmonton’s own CKUA and CJSR.
