Volunteers
Did you know that volunteers are often healthier, happier and more content than people who don't volunteer? By volunteering you not only gain valuable skills that are transferable to the work world, you also gain valuable friendships, mentors, and cheer leaders who can follow you throughout your life.
The Killarney Turtle Mountain Arts Council's main building block is our volunteers. These energetic and creative people include our board members, students, some instructors, artists, and event volunteers. As a community arts and culture centre, we depend upon our volunteers to help us grow the arts in our communities.
We have many different areas where you can volunteer:
Greeters and tour guides at the Heritage Home for the Arts
Office support for the Arts Administrator
Board member
Board committee member
Performing arts and fundraising events
Workshop and class instruction
